1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications and services (together, the "Service") provided by WISECORE LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17355468, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("WISECORE", "we", "us").
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
We provide software and network services that allow you to establish an encrypted connection to the internet. The specific features available to you depend on the plan you select.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at support@wisecore.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: break any applicable law; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network; distribute malware; infringe intellectual property rights; or interfere with the operation of the Service or with other users.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches this section.
6. Subscriptions, payments and renewals
Prices and billing periods are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Purchases made through a third-party platform, such as the Apple App Store, are subject to that platform's payment, renewal and refund rules in addition to these Terms.
7. Refunds
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital services within 14 days. Where you ask us to start providing the Service immediately, you accept that this right ends once provision has begun, to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a discretionary refund of your first purchase if you contact support@wisecore.uk within 14 days of that purchase and have transferred less than 5 GB of traffic. Renewals of an existing subscription are not refundable, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue refunds for those transactions and will direct you to Apple Support.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, network conditions and events outside our control may cause interruptions.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service, including software, trade marks and content, belong to WISECORE LTD or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our applications for their intended purpose.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the application before it takes effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you retain the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
