1. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how WISECORE LTD handles personal data in connection with the website wisecore.uk (the "Website"). It covers the Website only. Work we carry out for clients is covered by our agreement with that client and by any data processing terms we sign as part of it.
2. Who we are
WISECORE LTD is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17355468, with our registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

3. What the Website collects
The Website has no contact form, no registration, no login and no payment. We do not ask you for any personal data in order to read it.
Technical request records. Our hosting provider records, for every request: the IP address it came from, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if the browser sends one, and the browser's user-agent string. These records exist so that pages can be served, faults diagnosed and the Website protected from abuse. They are kept up to 15 days and then deleted. The Website is hosted by 3NT SOLUTIONS LLP on infrastructure in the Netherlands.
Cookies and analytics. The Website sets no cookies. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party embeds, so nothing about your visit is sent to anyone else.
4. If you write to us
When you email support@wisecore.uk or legal@wisecore.uk we receive your email address, the content of your message and any attachment. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months and then delete it, unless we need to keep it longer for a legal or accounting reason.
5. Why we may process your data, and on what basis
To serve and protect the Website: our legitimate interest in operating it securely and reliably.
To answer your enquiry: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where the enquiry is about possible work together, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
To comply with the law where we are required to keep or disclose records.
6. Who else has access
Our hosting provider and our email provider process this data on our instructions as processors, under contracts that limit what they may do with it. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so by a valid order from a UK authority or a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Transfers outside the United Kingdom
Website hosting is provided on infrastructure in the Netherlands. Email is provided by Google and may be processed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries where it operates. Transfers to the Netherlands are covered by UK adequacy regulations. Where other personal data leaves the United Kingdom, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard permitted by UK data protection law.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, write to legal@wisecore.uk. We respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
9. Children
The Website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data about them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
